Company management and quality assurance

It is the responsibility of Senior Management to ensure that the Quality Policy is carried out by selecting the most effective and appropriate courses of action to foster the building up of the widest possible transmission of journalistic and/or multimedia communication. The Quality Policy defines the most effective and efficient way to deliver products which both correspond in terms of execution to user requirements and conform ethical and professional norms, in order to satisfy the functional and finacial requirements of all the interested parties.
The objectives of the Quality Policy are: 1 ) efficiency and competitiveness to guarantee an adequate profit; 2) to satisfy the requirements of both internal and external clients, thus building up trust and stimulating further growth mechanisms; 3) to turn the Quality System into a management tool for the continuous development of the business through improvement and growth.

Technical - managerial co-ordination
It is responsible for identifying and planning the ways and means which must be activated to achieve the objectives of company policy, and in particular to ensure that both staff and sub-contractors have the necessary competence and resources to achieve these objectives in the carrying out of their tasks in the planning and Production phases.

Produces and manages advanced computer technology products such as web-sites, portals, CD Roms with the use of digital technology, internet, hypertexts and CD Roms.

AGUSTv's programming allows for the production of formats and linkups for journalists direct from the studio.

The container is able to integrate with traditional media such as local TV with which it can be interactive.
The multi-media television product is differentiated from classical means of communication in that it uses interactive telematic instruments which can be consulted by a wide range of users equipped with computers, or with accessories which permit internet connections on ordinary television screens.
